Challenge – Gin Lounge – Strict advertising regulations for high-proof spirits and a highly relationship-driven market. Approach: Clarification of regulatory gray areas directly with the relevant authorities and development of a compliant, trend-based editorial platform centered around premium gin. Implementation: Strategy, content, expert interviews, and brand integration were implemented holistically as a solo founder. Result: High brand resonance and early market validation even before the first publication. Essence: Strategic brand development in complex and regulated markets.

For Zurich Trends Magazine, editorial, branding, and marketing were managed holistically. The focus was on developing a clear brand identity, implementing a customized content management system (CMS), and optimizing CRM processes.
